One of My Favorite Cities to visit- Tokyo

The first time I visited Tokyo I was pleasantly surprised. I never thought it would be as organized and clean as it is. I never saw any garbage on the streets, not even paper.

The people in Japan will take paper or trash with them if there isn't a garbage container nearby.  Children learn early in life to be tidy and clean. It's part of their culture.

The train station was the most beautiful station that I had ever seen. There were many luxury shops, markets, and restaurants. I could have stayed an entire day just at the train station.

The food items were wrapped beautifully, including the fruit and vegetable. Everything looked gift-ready.

The best sushi that my family had ever eaten was in a little shop by an alley. Our tour guide took us there because it was where the locals go.

The people are very polite. Most Japanese know a little English but are reluctant to use it. It is easy to get around using public transportation or walking. But don't take the subway during rush hour in the morning when people are going to work. It is incredibly crowded then and packed like sardines. The same thing happens when they are getting off work.

I highly recommend this city for a visit.
